As you may or may not know, we have the commands /requestdata and /purgedata, which allows you to request all data that Asphalt holds about you, and purge all non-critical data that Asphalt holds about you respectively.
Due to the evolving functionality of Asphalt, tracking where your data is stored across multiple database tables is complex. To address this, we’ve revamped our data management commands as of v5.17.
Now, these commands place your request in a queue for review, which is typically processed within three days. When your request is processed, our system retrieves every table containing the “UserID” or “ServerID” column to ensure an accurate, up-to-date view of your data in our systems.
Once reviewed, your data request will enter the queue for delivery or action, typically within 12 hours after review. You will receive a direct message with an estimated time for completion, and all requests are processed within 14 days from the original request date.
We have also added the ability for server owners to request and purge all of their server data, which follows the same process as outlined above.
